Every six weeks, members receive a step-by-step, menopause-specific strength program grounded in the latest research. Workouts are guided, realistic and designed to fit into busy lives. You simply open the app and follow the plan.

While members choose when they train, they are never left to figure it out alone. The membership includes:
• Weekly check-ins with direct access to the coach
• Weekly group coaching tips
• Habit tracking and progress monitoring inside the app
• A supportive community of women walking the same path
The program reduces mental load while keeping you supported and connected.
For those who prefer an extra layer of accountability, there are optional add-on, in-person PT sessions (Genesis Cook’s Hill) or private online coaching calls.

Yes. The MenoMojo Membership includes evidence-based general nutritional guidance designed specifically to support women in perimenopause and menopause. You’ll receive weekly coaching tips that cover what to eat, how to fuel your body for energy and strength, and how to build a healthier, more relaxed relationship with food.
Rather than rigid rules or diets, the focus is on sustainable eating habits, mindset and intuitive eating skills. You’ll have the option to track meals and calories if that’s helpful for you, along with access to resources to support meal planning, plus a growing library of menopause-friendly meal plans and recipes personalised to you.
Yes. The MenoMojo Membership is specifically designed for women in perimenopause and menopause and is built on evidence-based training principles proven to support muscle gain, fat loss and long-term health during this stage of life.
The program prioritises progressive strength training to build and maintain lean muscle, protect bone density and support metabolic health — all of which become increasingly important through menopause. Alongside training, you’ll receive coaching around lifestyle factors and practical nutritional guidance that support body recomposition without extreme diets or burnout.
Rather than chasing short-term results, MenoMojo focuses on building sustainable habits that optimise your health, improve body composition and help you feel stronger, more confident and in control of your body long term.
Absolutely.
The MenoMojo Membership prioritises safe, sustainable training. Exercises can be modified to accommodate mobility restrictions, past injuries or joint sensitivity.
Members receive:
• Alternative exercise options where needed
• Technique guidance and coaching support
• The ability to send me a message directly with any questions or concerns
• Video demonstrations to ensure correct form
In many cases, small adjustments to technique, range of motion or exercise selection can make a significant difference. The focus is always on helping women build strength safely, not pushing through pain.
