Championing Change for Women in Midlife
After years of in-person coaching, Amy saw the need to reach more women navigating menopause — and do it in a way that felt empowering, not overwhelming. Her vision led her to develop MenoMojo, a digital platform combining expert-led programs with real-world support.
As one of just 12 startups chosen for the University of Newcastle’s Accelerator Program, Amy’s mission was recognised and celebrated, earning her the People’s Choice Award for her work helping women thrive through menopause.
This is more than a fitness platform. It’s a movement to change the menopause experience for women everywhere: and Amy is leading the charge.
